Project Deposits
Deposits are non‑refundable once scheduling and initial discovery begin, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
Milestone Billing
Work is billed per milestone. If you cancel after a milestone starts, fees for work performed up to the cancellation date are due.
Change of Scope
Scope changes may impact timelines and costs; we’ll agree any adjustments in writing.
Quality Assurance
We offer a 30‑day post‑launch warranty window to remedy defects that deviate from the agreed specification.
