1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by DigitalNova.

2. Proposals & Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work begins after written approval and, where applicable, a deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access required to deliver the project.
• Warrant that supplied content does not infringe third‑party rights or laws.

4. Fees & Payment

• Payment terms are specified in proposals or invoices. Late payments may incur statutory interest and pause of services.
• All fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive a licence or ownership as specified in the proposal. Third‑party components remain subject to their licences.

6. Changes & Out‑of‑Scope

Additional requests may require a change order with revised cost/timeline.

7. Warranties

We warrant that deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specification for 30 days after launch. Your sole remedy is correction of non‑conformities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalNova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 14 days of notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes are subject to the courts of Vilnius.
